Hardin Towell and Boheme Du Moulin sped to victory in an exciting 12-horse jump-off to capture the $20,000 C. Jarvis Insurance 1.40m National Grand Prix at the Split Rock Tour in Lexington, Kentucky.
The pair stopped the clock with a clear round in 36.13 seconds for the win on June 17th. Their bold jumping down the final line of a double combination seven strides to an oxer helped them edge Emma Sargent aboard Giolita with a time of 36.69. No one else came close to the top two without collecting faults, so Hardin enjoyed a well-earned victory in a competitive field of 47 starters.
The 2023 Split Rock Tour includes six cities and 12 shows throughout the country, from California to Florida.
